Wegan Wednesdays
It's OK to be vegan just one day a week.
For lunch I had one of Pure’s Seasonal Salad (the Amalfi), customized to make it vegan and filling - olive oil dressing instead of pesto creme, and half a couscous base instead of all spinach leaves. Tried to convince Jeremy and James to do the same but have to admit they ignored me and went for Chicken Caesar salads … One day.
Surprise vegan Monday. Went for dim sum with Ross and James at newly re-opened Dumpling’s Legend on Gerrard St. Came home after yoga to a couscous and roasted veg salad + hummus by Poppy. Just warming up to Wednesday now.
