Wegan Wednesdays
It's OK to be vegan just one day a week.
Last Wednesday in Cambodia! To make the most of it, I’m having breakfast 😢🐘🍉
It took me a while, but I now know how to navigate my vegan way around NYC. The same is not true of New Jersey. Here’s what I managed to scramble together from the hotel’s business buffet. Coffee with soy milk, fruit, and a PB bagel. I might try and escape to Manhattan for the day!
Today something crazy happened: I had breakfast. On a week day. Something solid, before noon. It was delicious. Toasted bagel with avocado and tomatoes from Sacred.
Liquid breakfast at work. Soy latte (from BBH coffee bar) and Ginger, Carrot and Orange juice from Pure.
Priy’s Breakfast of Albions
Priy here. Thought I’d share my wegan breakfast. I seem to end up going out for breakfast a lot on Wednesdays and am building up a picture of where’s good in London. Albion isn’t great. You can basically have toast or porridge (with soy) - things I resent paying for. The service isn’t great either. But it was nice to sit outside with my earl grey and marmalade on toast. Probably the last time this year :(
