Wegan Wednesdays

Summer is here! I celebrated with a Super Beach Fit Salad from Pure (thankfully, I also picked up a bit of bread and carrot sticks otherwise I probably would be eating my desk right now). 

Liquid breakfast at work. Soy latte (from BBH coffee bar) and Ginger, Carrot and Orange juice from Pure. 

For lunch I had one of Pure’s Seasonal Salad (the Amalfi), customized to make it vegan and filling - olive oil dressing instead of pesto creme, and half a couscous base instead of all spinach leaves. Tried to convince Jeremy and James to do the same but have to admit they ignored me and went for Chicken Caesar salads … One day.

Vegetable gyoza soup from Pure California. Good, but frugal. The three dumplings you see floating on top are the only ones there!
