Summer is still very much here on the Cote d’Azur. Here’s my sun-bathed, leftover lunch of tiny Rattes potatoes, Caponata (still Yotam’s recipe) and home made pesto. Tomorrow I’ll go and buy dried tomatoes, olivers and beans to take back to London!
